Counseling Research

Alongside working directly with clients, I also have participated in formal counseling research since 2020. This involves conducting data collection, authoring manuscripts for peer-reviewed publications, and presenting at regional and national research conferences.

My research topics have included:

  • The Asian American & Pacific Islander (AAPI) population

Therapy Resources

As a mental health professional with an interest in design, I often find myself creating evidence-based and aesthetically-pleasing resources for my clients to use in their everyday lives.
